Not sure what to tell you. What browsers did you try?

All browsers play the video fine, but have the scrolling issue when the video lightbox opens(your plugin). My client brought this to my attention in the first place, so it’s happening elsewhere as well.

The video does not need to be playing for the scrolling issue to happen. You only need to click on the video thumb and the video will pop up, but not auto-play.

Can you test in a Desktop browser with Inspector(Cmd+Opt+I)? The same problem happens in a thin browser mimicking mobile. You don’t need to be on an actual mobile device.

Well if you’re saying they don’t play on Android, then I believe you. I probably don’t need someone else to test that.

But you shouldn’t need to play the video to see the scrolling problem, right? Does it pop up for you at all when clicking on the video thumbnail?

@mbrsolution I can’t test on the default theme at the moment because this is a live site. The videos play fine for me on iPhone, but the horizontal scrolling is really the issue. It doesn’t appear to be a theme issue because I’m able to play the videos fine. It’s just that scrolling issue on mobile. Any other ideas? Thanks.

I set the content to a max-width, and that made it show up, but unfortunately the slider just doesn’t work well on mobile(can’t advance slides by swipe, it keeps springing back to original slide, and then pauses the auto-play), and still needs a good amount of custom code to limit the height of the images, otherwise vertical/portrait images are considerably taller than landscape and the slider just looks weird. I’m going to have to try a different plugin or look into this one more later. Thanks for looking into it.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up removing it because it wasn’t working. I’ve reactivated it now if you’d like to check it—on the homepage under the main featured image. I’ll have to remove it again in the morning (EST) but I’ll leave it up until then. Thanks.

Ah, ok. That’s what I needed to know. You didn’t mention that, by default, the Editor role doesn’t have access to WooCommerce and Products in any other threads. Thanks for that! All set now.

@bueltge I’m trying to have WooCommerce and Products show for my Editor role. I have them UNchecked in Adminimize for the Editor role, but WooCommerce and Products are hidden. Any idea what is hiding them if they are not checked off?

I checked the console while logged into the Editor role, but it shouldn’t matter if they match because I just want them to show, not hide. Correct?

I ended up coding my own page templates and sidebars instead of widgets/widget-visibility plugins.

I need this urgently as well.

This same thing is happening to me. I’m seeing the other changes updating on the front end, but that one option is still there even when I set everything to “None”. Any ideas?

My only question is that your shortcode shows a list of files rather than the icons like the default plugin does. Any idea if I can choose how they are displayed?
