ok Thank you. ok I did have more than 3 (I had 6 , the same 3 repeated) but I tired adding more logos and I think it helped.!

Update:
It was on the server end.. they had to enable SVG on the IIS level.

Thank you but such code was not in there. I ended up using javacript and other contactform7 actions to achieve the fix.. instead.

I did initially installed the latest nextgen but that a) didn’t work either b) caused other errors as mentioned above.

oh well i decided to move onto another plugin!
