Too bad I didn’t read this thread. Just install 2.2.1 on https://www.flex888.com and it blews. I’ve got the same users.php and cache.php issues. Please, Please anybody knows how to fix it??? Really appreciate an answer. The web host company uses PHP 4.3.1. Don’t think they can upgrade anytime soon. So any fix for 4.3.1 would be great.
