Thanks for the URL. My question is, when you upgraded the player from JW 5 to JW 6, Where is the page or documentation that shows the changed in the Short Code?
The URLs above don’t show the short codes to be used. I spent a week trying to figure out if the short code was correct.
I want to make notes so when you upgrade the player from JW 6 to JW 7 and the short code changes again, how will I know what to change in the short code?
Please provide a link for JW Player 6 documentation
The short code you just gave me worked!
Do you have a documentation page for short codes for JWPlayer 6. I’ve been looking them the support files at longtailvideo.com in the WordPress QuickStart Guide and did not see this.
I’m sorry I left off the last bracket
[jwplayer file=”GratefulRickyDillardBasic.mp4″ streamer=”rtmp://s1u3au9nyhr0hg.cloudfront.net/cfx/st” provider=”rtmp”]
I get the error: Error Loading Stream. Could Not Connect to Server
Here is the link

Yes, I have a CloudFront Streamer link for the CloudFront Distribution which is rtmp://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.cloudfront.net/cfx/st and then I have the name of the mp4 video file that’s in the S3 bucket.
So According to the CloudFront Documentation you can put it together to look like this: rtmp://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.cloudfront.net/cfx/st/video.mp4. But when I put this on the external media line, the video does not play.

In reply to: [Flowplayer HTML5 for WordPress] Video Does Not PlayIt sounds like I have everything setup correctly. My last option would be for you to login & take a look.

In reply to: [Flowplayer HTML5 for WordPress] Video Does Not PlayI re-checked all of the steps for CloudFront, so I think they appear to be fine.
The original problem I described was with the Firefox browser. With the Safari browser, I receive: “html5: Unsupported video format. Try installing Adobe Flash.”
I have all of my videos in S3 in the actual root of the bucket. I created a CloudFront Origin Access Identity wth the proper permissions.
1. Should the MP4:video.mp4 go on the Flash line?
2. If it does go on the Flash line, do I need to reference the S3 bucket name in the path, even though they are sitting in the root of the bucket?
If all of this sounds correct, my website has not been released & I have a Coming Soon Plugin active.
I can create you a login to check the video settings & see the post. You can see the website live once you login to WordPress.

In reply to: [Flowplayer HTML5 for WordPress] Video Does Not PlayI forgot to mention that this is my first time installing Flowplayer and downloading it so it should be the most current version.
