Ticker is working great in the latest version of WordPress on all my testable sites. So, I don’t think it’s an issue related to WordPress latest version. Maybe it’s for some other reason. Without having access in your WP admin, it is difficult to say anything.

Thanks for contacting us. Plugin version for free and pro are not same. 2.2.7 is for free version. 1.0.3 is for ultimate version. This support forum is only for free version. We have a dedicated support system for pro version. Login to our site and open a ticket there using the login details you have registered while buying the plugin.

Next time you will not get answer here. For now, to get trash icon you have to enable font awesome icon. Go to Pricing Tables >> Tools and enable font awesome for both admin panel and front-end.

Which version of pricing table you are using? It is available in version 2.2.7. You can also give me the login access by sending login details at realwebcare at gmail dot com. It will be better for both of us.

Hi,

In the new update of the plugin, we have changed few things about the shortcode. From now, it will not change other pricing tables shortcode IDs while deleting a pricing table. That’s why, after updating to the new version, you have to click on Regenerate Shortcode button for once to get the IDs for all shortocode. After that, you will get the IDs for all your pricing tables.

Thanks for contacting and for your suggestions. HTML in feature area is a premium feature. You need to have the ultimate version for this option.

Currently, tootltips are showing using CSS3 only. To give expand option we have to add jQuery there. Will think about this in future release.
