In reply to: [Publish To Apple News] INVALID DOCUMENT error.And for agiddens1, I do have a workaround for you on the INVALID DOCUMENT bug; I found that if there are ANY blank lines at the end of the post being sent to Apple News, you get this error. Go into your original post and remove all blank lines at the end, and the error should resolve itself.
Now, if we could just get a fix for this Facebook URL problem…

In reply to: [Publish To Apple News] INVALID DOCUMENT error.One more comment: My posts include a link to Facebook, and if I remove that link, the article publishes to Apple News properly. Put it back in, I get the error…

In reply to: [Publish To Apple News] INVALID DOCUMENT error.I’m seeing the same problem, and you’re right — I think it is somehow confusing what should be body text with a Facebook post! Here’s what I see on a news article that parsed properly:
{"role":"body","text":"<p><strong>Press Contact:<\/strong><br \/>\nName:
and one that didn’t parse properly:
{"role":"facebook_post","URL":"Press Contact:\nName:
Could we get this fixed, please?

In reply to: Hide pages from menu in WP-Andreas09Well, when in a hurry and in doubt, contact the developer. Ainslie Johnson responded in a few minutes with this info:
You can exclude pages by ID number as you would with the standard
wp_list_pages function.If you look at the following code taken from the WP-Andreas09 menu code in
the header you will see I have added the exclude parameter to it at the
start of the parameters (note the ampersand between the exclude and
sort_column):<?php
if(function_exists(“wp_andreas09_nav”)) {wp_andreas09_nav(“exclude=10,11,12&sort_column=menu_order&list_tag=0&show_al
l_parents=1&show_root=1″);
}
?>You can exclude as many pages as you want by ID number and it is really
simple to do. If you don’t know you can find page ID number in the manage
pages options.Steve

In reply to: Hide pages from menu in WP-Andreas09BTW, if you’d like to see an example of WHY I need to hide those pages, take a look at:
https://www.macnotables.com/wordpress/
and click on the “The MacNotables Panel” item on the menu bar. See the mess?
