    @cbravobernal @gappiah I used the live chat facility via my word press admin screen and spoke with support.

    Honestly I cant remember what Plugin I used at the time to make the backup as it was 2+ years ago. I think it was through jetpack, but not 100% however I have tried to upload using jetpack and have tried to check Jetpack using the activity log. it only goes back to when I reopened the business subscription (this month) and this back up was made 2+ years ago. So I cant link it to the activity log as it does not go back that far for me.

    Hi Carlos I did message them and they advised I asked in the forums as they cant offer direct support regarding restorations. So trying my luck here. Just frustrating as I have the backup file. I thought it would be as easy as uploading it and id be back up and running with some minor updates to be done. That does not seem to be the case and its looking increasingly like I will have to do a complete rebuild.
