@cbravobernal @gappiah I used the live chat facility via my word press admin screen and spoke with support.
Honestly I cant remember what Plugin I used at the time to make the backup as it was 2+ years ago. I think it was through jetpack, but not 100% however I have tried to upload using jetpack and have tried to check Jetpack using the activity log. it only goes back to when I reopened the business subscription (this month) and this back up was made 2+ years ago. So I cant link it to the activity log as it does not go back that far for me.
