    Hello,

    there’s a solution to all of the mentioned above

    1. File upload limit is set by the web host or if you host yourself you can easily modify the Php max upload setting. Long story short the limit you are trashing us about is not set by us.
    2. Alternative solution for the file upload is to simply upload a small one and overwrite it via ftp.
    3. One file per product issue with woocommerce is also easily solved by using bundling feature

    Hello,

    Sorry if I delayed a reply, I was out due to long COVID and I was (and still am a bit) behind schedule.

    The plugin does not force you to use WooCommerce, it allows you to use it standalone or in combination with WooCommerce.

    The benefit of the ebook store plugin is the encryption and watermarking features.

    Anyway if you still feel that you would like to have me help and look at it I’m happy to assist.

    We had only one agency trying to contact us lately but their emails ended up in Spam in our Gmail suite email hosting.

    Dear Teresa,

    If you get in touch with me I will help you with what I can or refund you like I do when the customer decides not to use the plugin. I really have no idea why I’m called a fraud here. If I forget to answer an email that does not automatically turn me into a fraud, I really do not see unanswered emails to anyone named Teresa.

    Dear Robert Paul,

    The issue you reported at PayPal where it says
    “Things do not appear to be working at the moment” are caused when either PayPal email is wrong or in your PayPal profile mandatory button encryption is ON which disables Standart buttons.

    I’m more than happy to help, when I’m given a chance.

    To disable the Encrypted Website Payments option:
    Sign in to your PayPal account.
    Click the Settings icon at the top right.
    Click Account Settings.
    Click Website Payments on the left.
    Click Update next to Website Preferences.
    Scroll down to the Encrypted Website Payments section.
    Select Off.

    This is not a support thread I know but I’m posting it here because the claim I disabled a purchased version is a completely false statement.

    I got a question, then replied, how should I know you need further help if you never replied back?

    Also, I see your username xtraghenghen is related to nulled plugins forums, is that a coincidence?

    How should I know you didn’t use a stolen paypal account?

    Your PayPal is from Brazil, you message us from Ivory Coast, your username is used in nulled plugins forum.

    This is really weird I think I should report this to authorities if we can’t verify this isn’t a fraud order.

    How can support be poor if you

    It allows customers to sell files and get paid with PayPal for 0 charge. Is that nothing? It handles deliveries, confirmations and provides you with a free design for the order form that helps you sell.

    On one of the screenshots you sent me the Email Log shows no Subject, go to Settings > Ebook store > Templates > Set a subject, click save, and redo the test.

    Hello dsmitty48,

    The reason the links were not shown is the orders were not set complete after payment was complete.

    This happens, when product is not set as Virtual.

    Once the order status is set as Completed, the orders show the download links and the email delivery routine is triggered.

    UPDATE: Upon checking, I can see that you sent me screenshots where the download links appear.

    We offer free setup and configuration where the customers fail to do so themselves. Just let me know via email.

    To debug email delivery:
    1. Install WP Mail Log
    2. Make sure the attachments you’re sending are small, as most email providers will send your emails to junk if outbound email is not properly configured.

    I checked with REST API LOG, and it actually does work, but it takes more than a second which is the time limit for the health check.

    I will investigate further though.
