I found the problem.

My hosting provider has a list forbiden words. One of this is the word “proxy”.

I changed the word “proxy” by “p” and then starts to work fine.

I hope this help others.

I also have this problems. I got an 403 error when trying to access wp-admin/options-discussion.php file.
The file exists and the permissions are ok.

Any suggestion?
