I solved it temporarily.
I had to change the cache.php and add line
ini_set(“memory_limit”,”4000M”);
to one of that functions.
I don’t know why wordpress(or maybe cache.php) does not accept this config in wp-config.php.

Thanks a lot. Media Library and search work properly on WP 3.7.1
