In reply to: [Rename Media Files: Improve Your WordPress SEO] empty file name on add mediaHi @x24help,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the empty file name issue during uploads.
This issue may be related to the “Gutenberg title fix”. If this option is not enabled, it can result in an empty file name when the post title is missing. Please ensure that this setting is activated.
Additionally, check the “Filename structure” and make sure it is set to {filename} to use the original file name.
If the problem persists, please let me know.
Best regards.
Hi there,
Thanks for sharing the details. It sounds like the issue could be related to caching. I recommend clearing any caching plugins you have installed, as well as any server-side or CDN caching (if applicable). Once cleared, try accessing the wishlist page again and see if the 404 error persists.
Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance!
Best regards.

In reply to: [EU/UK VAT Validation Manager for WooCommerce] HPOS is not supportedHi @dvanrossum,
Thanks for reaching out.
The EU/UK VAT manger plugin is compatible with HPOS since version 2.9.12. But could you please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin (2.12.12), because we have also fixed some HPOS related bug there. Please let us know. Also please ensure that under the “Validation & Progress” section, the “Remove VAT for validated numbers” is also enable. If the issue persists, please let us know.
Kind regards,
MoshtafizurThank you, @joakand.
Hi @danidub,
Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, it is possible to send an email on product backorder. To do so, after activating the plugin, you have to go to the “WooCommerce > Emails > Your custom email > edit page” and set the “Trigger” to “Product in backorder notification”. Please give it a try.
Kind regards.
I hope you’re doing well.
I noticed that after uninstalling the “Free Shipping Bar” plugin, your site’s shipping rules have been affected, showing both free and flat rate shipping regardless of the cart amount.
Here are a couple of suggestions to help resolve the issue:Clear Cache and Reset Shipping Rules: Clear your site’s cache and then reconfigure your shipping rules in WooCommerce settings. Sometimes, cached data or plugin residue might affect the shipping rules.
Check for Conflicting Plugins: Deactivate other plugins related to shipping and check if the issue persists. Conflicts between plugins can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior.
Please let me know if this helps, or if you need further assistance.
Best regards,

Hi @ahmadraza9,
?
Thanks for reaching out.
?
By default, the plugin should display the limit notice with these placeholders on the frontend when the user tries to add a product beyond the limit. Please check our “Frontend” section of our plugin, where you can edit these notices with different placeholders. But if, in your case, the message is not being displayed, then could you please enable the “Validate on add to cart” in the “Frontend” section of the plugin?Kind regards.
Hi @adrienlyonsch,
Thank you for your feedback.
Regarding the issue, it is possible to hide the cost field based on user role. But it is a Pro feature. Since www.remarpro.com restricts us from providing support for our Pro feature here, could you please contact us through our official website if you want to learn more about it?
Kind regards.
