In reply to: [WooCommerce] Login Loop when Woocommerce activatedHi @alexherbert,
I appreciate you taking the time to share the video. However, I noticed that you only tested the login after activating WooCommerce—it would be helpful to see how the login behaves when WooCommerce is not active as well.
Additionally, your site appears to have a lot of customizations, including a custom login page and a login system that seems to be controlled by either your theme or the download plugin you have installed. This looks like a potential conflict issue.
To better understand your setup, please share your system status report by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support and pasting it on https://pastebin.com.
I’d also appreciate it if you could record another screen capture, this time without WooCommerce active, and try logging in again using the affiliate test account. This will help us pinpoint the issue more accurately.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Too many issuesHi @heba0907,
There could be several reasons for this issue, including a possible browser-related problem. To rule that out, please try accessing the site in incognito mode and share a screenshot. Also, test it on different browsers like Firefox, Chrome, and Opera Mini, and provide screenshots of the results.
Additionally, understanding your site’s setup would be helpful. I noticed that @shahzeenfarooq previously requested your system status report, but it seems that message was missed. Could you please share your system status report using https://pastebin.com? You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Keeping the pricing the same regardless of the tax/VAT rateHi @paddletroke,
I’d like to clarify that my previous response wasn’t generated by ChatGPT—it was a response I personally wrote and saved, as many users often ask similar questions. Having well-thought-out responses for frequently asked queries helps provide clear and consistent support.
To better understand your settings, please share a link to your site so I can test it directly. Additionally, provide screenshots of the following pages:
- WooCommerce > General settings
- WooCommerce > Settings > Tax
- Tax rates you’ve set (Standard, Reduced, and Zero rate pages)
Also, please share your system status report from WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support.
One thing that stands out is that, despite setting 0% tax for the US, your total still shows 83.33€, which suggests tax is still being applied based on your current settings. Let’s investigate this further.
Hi @uni24,
I understand that you’ve already taken those steps, but we’d like to conduct a thorough check on our end as well. Please create a staging site, follow the instructions provided earlier, and share both the link to the staging site and the updated system status report from the staging environment. This will help us investigate the issue more effectively.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] JSON errorI understand how frustrating it can be to encounter this error when trying to connect your site to Google for WooCommerce. This issue can arise for several reasons, but we’ll work through some steps to troubleshoot it.
First, navigate to Settings ? General and check the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) fields. Ensure that both URLs are correct and identical.
Next, go to Settings ? Permalinks and verify that your permalink structure is set correctly. For simplicity and best compatibility, select the Post Name structure or any default option, then save the settings.
If the problem persists, copy the contents of your .htaccess file and upload it to Pastebin. Share the link here so I can review it.
Finally, please provide your System Status Report by going to WooCommerce ? Status ? Get Report ? Copy for Support and then sharing it via Pastebin as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payment by terminal – what payment method can I use?Hi @chrislynersen,
I’m not sure I fully understand your last response. Just to clarify, when creating a custom order status, you’ll need to assign it a name, such as “Paid – Awaiting Pickup.” Then, whenever an order meets this condition—where the user has paid and chosen pickup or payment via terminal —you’ll need to manually update the order status from “Completed” to “Paid – Awaiting Pickup.”
In my previous response, I suggested a plugin to help with this and also mentioned that a POS plugin could connect your site to your terminal.
If you’re looking for a custom solution, I recommend consulting with WooExperts.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Keeping the pricing the same regardless of the tax/VAT rateHi @paddletroke,
The thread was closed because it has been inactive for seven months. After reviewing your initial request, if your goal is to maintain a fixed price for products across all countries while displaying the tax breakdown based on each country’s VAT percentage, this is achievable in WooCommerce with the right tax settings.
Step 1: Configure Tax Options
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Tax.
- Set “Prices entered with tax” to “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax”.
- This ensures that the set price (e.g., 100€) already includes VAT, regardless of the customer’s location.
- Set “Calculate tax based on” to “Customer shipping address” (or billing address if preferred).
- Set “Display prices in the shop” and “Display prices during cart and checkout” to “Including tax”.
Step 2: Define Tax Rates
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Standard rates.
- Add tax rates for each country:
- Germany: Country Code:
DE
, Rate:19%
- Finland: Country Code:
FI
, Rate:24%
- USA: Country Code:
US
, Rate:0%
- Germany: Country Code:
- Ensure tax rates apply to all product categories.
Since prices are entered inclusive of tax, WooCommerce will automatically adjust the net price based on the applicable tax rate while keeping the total price at 100€.
For example:
- Germany (19%): Net Price = 84.03€, VAT = 15.97€, Total = 100€
- Finland (24%): Net Price = 80.65€, VAT = 19.35€, Total = 100€
- USA (0%): Net Price = 100€, VAT = 0€, Total = 100€
This configuration ensures that customers always pay the same amount, with tax adjustments managed on your end. Let me know if you need further clarification.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Analytics] Tracking not working for Youtube adsHi @cutu234,
I completely understand what you’re referring to. To clarify, WooCommerce Analytics only tracks successful orders and does not map the journey of visitors on your site. As explained in the documentation here, the recorded data is categorized into Orders by Channel, Orders by Source, etc.
For YouTube, the orders should be categorized under Orders by Source, which still falls under Google as a source. If you’re looking for campaign-specific data, you’ll find it under the Campaign tab.
To track more detailed visitor data beyond just completed orders, I recommend integrating Google Analytics 4 with your site. GA4 uses UTM tags to track every visitor, allowing you to analyze traffic sources and user acquisition—even for users who didn’t complete a purchase.
If you’d prefer to speak with support directly, you can create a ticket via WooCommerce.com.
Hi @janthegroat,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I’ve reviewed your system status report, and I noticed that you still have 25 active plugins on your staging site. Please try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and the Stripe payment gateway plugin. Additionally, switch your theme to Twenty Twenty-Five, as the error log you shared suggests a possible issue with Coachify Pro and possibly the Coachify theme.
Once you’ve done that, please update the system status report again. Also, I checked your site and couldn’t see the error on my end. I was able to click on “Pay with Link” without any issues.
Could you clarify when exactly the error appears? Does it show up as soon as you visit the cart page, or only after clicking “Pay with Link”? Also, when you click “Pay with Link,” does the login popup for email appear, and does the redirect work correctly?
Providing more details on when and how the error occurs would be really helpful, as I’ve followed the steps to reproduce the issue but couldn’t encounter it on my end. Looking forward to your response!
Everything appears to be functioning correctly on both the cart and checkout pages. Even when I navigated back to the cart page, no errors appeared.
Could you check your browser’s developer console to see if there are any JavaScript errors?
Lastly, regarding the “__trashed” issue, it seems like this might be the URL of your cart page. Please go to Pages, click on Quick Edit for the cart page, and check the slug. Is it “cart” or “__trashed”?
Looking forward to your feedback.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Double order summary on mobileHi @panigale,
I appreciate you getting back to me. I just want to clarify your response—you mentioned having a live site. Are you also experiencing this issue there?
Also, please note that the forum support is separate from WooCommerce support, so we don’t have access to your requests or tickets from there.
To assist you effectively, we’ll need a way to access your site so we can inspect the issue firsthand. One option is to share the live site link via Pastebin or a similar platform and then post the link here. Once we’ve looked into the issue and resolved this issue, you can delete the link from the platform.
Without being able to check your site, it will be very difficult to troubleshoot properly. Looking forward to your response!
Hi @jbrenza,
That’s quite unusual. Before we begin troubleshooting, I’d like to confirm whether the plugin features are completely missing.
Could you navigate to the Shipping tab and check if the WooCommerce Shipping option is available? Also, let me know if you can click on it and access the shipping labels page.
Just to clarify, you should only see the Tax tab and a separate Shipping tab—there is no combined “Shipping and Tax” tab.
Looking forward to your response.
Hi @scott-botkins,
Thank you for the clarification. Does this issue affect only existing users, or does it also impact new users trying to create an account?
To assist you more effectively, please ensure you respond to all the questions asked.
Additionally, please provide:
- A link to your site
- A screenshot of the error
- Your system status report (you can generate it from WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support) and share it via Pastebin.
- Navigate to the log tab and also share any fatal error notice or one related to WooCommerce or Square payment plugin
Looking forward to your response.
Hi @swapot,
There are three versions of Stripe’s JavaScript SDK: v2, which is deprecated but may still appear in some scripts; v3, the current and modern version; and the latest version, sometimes referenced as
https://js.stripe.com
without a version number.I recommend adding
https://js.stripe.com/v3/
andhttps://js.stripe.com
to your site. Includinghttps://js.stripe.com/v2
in the exclusion list won’t cause any issues—it will simply ensure that all Stripe-related scripts are excluded. However, adding just v3 andhttps://js.stripe.com
should be enough.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analytics report for Taxes won’t work anymoreHi @bvedgie,
Thank you for the clarification.
I reviewed the email, and it was sent from [ email deleted, do not post those again ], which is listed as the sender in both the “From” and “Reply-To” fields.
I also noticed that the email was sent via Sendinblue, indicating that your site is using an SMTP plugin configured with Sendinblue for email delivery.
To better understand your site setup, could you share your system status report? You can find it by navigating to:
WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support
Then, paste the report on Pastebin and share the link here.
