I am having the same problems. I tried the same fix as well. It didnt work

I try to run the install and nothing happens. I have configured the config.php file to reflect my database settings. The screen just refreshes. Not sure on what to do next.

I have done that, it still gives me the same error. I am not sure if it is connecting to the DB. I cannot get past this step.

I know this is probably something really easy. I just cant figure it out. Thanks for the help
