Como sugerencia, en la opción de “Bloqueo de acceso” (en sección ACCESO DE USUARIO) deberían permitir que el administrador muestre un mensaje personalizado cuando se bloquea a un usuario. Es muy probable que en el mensaje tenga que dejar algunas sugerencias o datos de contacto para desbloquear.

@masajeintegrativo si vas a pasar tu sitio completo de un lugar (dominio/hosting) a otro (dominio/hosting) no necesitas hacer todo ese movimiento. Existen otros métodos más eficaces y rápidos para pasar tu sitio completo sin tanto problema.
