Hi Alexandru, sorry for not getting back sooner. The way the link works now, with the pop up window is the same as it was before I installed zoom image. This is how my theme enfold works with the images. I wanted to use Zoom Image with the inner setting, so I could zoom inside the single product image with the inner function on in the plugin..The plugin is set for this now but the inner zoom is not functioning..It would be fantastic if you got this working…Thanks Mo

Thanks Alexandru, I follow your steps, tried Light box model on and off, regenerated thumbnails…tried both inner and window..Put your code at top then the bottom of Quick CSS. I have a lot of new security setting on my site and a child theme, I’m not a programmer but could there be a problem there, or the code I mentioned before, .single-product-main-image { width: 40% !important; }

Could this code be interfering

.single-product-main-image { width: 40% !important; }

Although, I’m not sure how it could make a difference.

Zoom image is perfect for my needs and is so simple to set up. Unfortunately I can’t get it to work..I have deleted another image plugin and have tried re-installing and uninstalling turning on and off Lightbox Modal Window but still can’t get it to work? I’m using Kriesi enfold theme, could there be a conflict? Could I have a problem as I use a child theme? Thanks!

Ok it’s fixed : ) Sorry about my mistake..

I may have fixed it. I will let you know. I have deactivated a plugin WooCommerce – Autocomplete Order. Yiks! Maybe it’s too much autocomplete!
