In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] Cloning elementor popup issueI’m not sure why someone edited my reply (Jan Dembowski?) but no solution has been given. PLEASE help me fix this asap, this should not be happening.
Ok, so I just activated the parent version of the theme (Pond) instead of its child and was able to install the plugin. However, I’m now getting the same error messages as I was getting previously and I can’t activate the plugin:

Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.

This is marked as resolved, but you never actually resolved it. I have tried about 5 different things taking me several hours and NOTHING has worked. Did you actually add this into your update? It’s been almost a year. If not, can you add it now? Or at least offer a work-around or something? The github url you referenced above (from about 11 months ago) is throwing a 404 error.
Adding a comment to this so hopefully someone will take a look at it. Can you please help out with this issue? Or if it’s a known/unfixed issue please comment and let me know you’ve at least seen my request? Thanks.
Posting to this again as I have not gotten a response. I am still asking for help:
I purchased the premium version for one of the sites. Please walk me through how to add the cookie and stop showing the popup using a cookie because that’s not explained in your documentation as far as I could see. If it is explained somewhere, tell me where that is.

Ok, that doesn’t make any sense. It literally says “Hide form after a successful sign-up?” If it only hides it immediately after they sign up but shows up again when they visit the page after that, then that’s incredibly misleading and shouldn’t actually be an option.
While I would like a response to my confusion above, as I mentioned I did purchase the premium version for one of the sites. Please walk me through how to add the cookie and stop showing the popup using a cookie because that’s not explained in your documentation as far as I could see.

In reply to: [Image Rotator Widget] Constantly loading and never showing imagesI appreciate that you have created a plugin that may work for quite a few people and spent your personal time doing it… but maybe check the forum more often than 5+ months at a time.
It never ended up working (I already tried turning off all other plugins and checked the theme… I do this for a living and that’s basic WordPress error checking) so unfortunately I had to use someone else’s plugin.
Also, the issue was never resolved so please don’t mark it as such.
I haven’t gotten any response on this, I would appreciate any help getting this fixed.

In reply to: [Comment Guestbook] Change name labelsWhen something is simple, instead of just saying it’s simple actually posting the simple solution would be incredibly helpful. I’ve spent the last 30 minutes looking for it and still can’t figure it out.
