Ok, don’t worry about it, we figured it out. It was a mess, the connection thing was super complicated, I’m not even sure how we did it but it looks like everything is now working and we manage to disconnect it from the staging site.
I should add that we already tried through managing the connection, but we can’t even see a connection. Under Dashboard > Connection, it shows it’s connected to my boss’ account, when he tries to do it, it shows the other website that we have, not the one with the issue, and it says I’m the admin, but when I try it says I don’t have any sites. So we can’t even manage any connections.

I can’t test it right now, but I will keep an eye on it because it was deleting the list immediately, as soon as I click back to the list of subscribers, it deletes the “Mail Sent” list.Forum: Plugins

I had many subscribers?who were already sent the emails and they don’t show up anymore. I’ve been using this plugin for a long?time, and this started happening recently.?
After I sent you?the screenshot I had to send a couple of emails manually, and for a short?time I had the “Mail Sent” list, but as soon as I moved away from that screen, the “Mail Sent” list disappeared again. I should also have some “Unsubscribed” and that list is not showing either.?Here are some additional screenshots so you can see what happens.

Yes, you got it almost right, just that most of the orders actually don’t get a tracking number because they are all being attached to the same order, the most recent. So only 1 customer, the recent order, gets a tracking number which is wrong. Also these are the tracking numbers in WooCommerce, in ShipStation they look right but they don’t transfer correctly to Woo.

In reply to: [WooCommerce ShipStation Integration] Orders Not AutocompletingI already updated to 4.4.1 on Tuesday 3/26, that’s when the issues started for me.
I tried re-entering the auth key into ShipStation and I got “An error has occurred” message. The connection is working though, the orders are being exported to ShipStation.

We are experiencing almost the same thing, it only started happening yesterday afternoon after we updated to v. 4.4.1 as well.
With our issue it is doing something additional, when the shipping department finishes one order it is attaching the tracking number and marking as completed the most recent order received in WooCommerce, not the order they were working on in ShipStation. Then any orders that came in between the one they shipped and the one wrongly marked as complete are not marked as complete or tracking numbers attached when they finish processing the shipments, but all those tracking numbers are getting attached to that same recently received order. The recently received order that was marked complete when you look at it on ShipStation it says “The shipment is imported as Shipped” which of course is wrong and should not happen.Forum: Plugins

It turns out while I was waiting for your reply we also started having problems with uploading product images, so my boss started doing research and checking with our host company and he figured out that it was an issue in our database “an incorrectly configured auto increment value for the?_posts?table of your WordPress”, he increased that value and everything started working again.
So thank you very much for replying to me, it looks like we are good to continue on!
