thanks a lot for your reply.
I can confirm that I’m currently using the latest version and nothing has changed so far. I’ve read the article about the Legacy Skin but I can’t see the “Style” section.
I’ll try one last attempt at disabling all plugins and check once again.
That’s so weird since I love Neve and I use it flawlessly on two other websites I own.
I’ll get back to you after my last troubleshooting, thanks!

I followed your advice and I had no joy, I’ve also brutally deleted the folder via FTP and reinstalled, I’ve used the troubleshooting plugin and, with no plugins active, it still show a reduced “Layout” section.
Any other suggestion? would you know if it has to do with any other interaction with the database?

I’ll try to test different SMTP plugins in the future, I had several problems with one specific plugin that kept disabling my email addresses (hosted by Godaddy). In the meantime I’ve been using a different form plugin that allows my client to have a ‘reply-to’ with no need to set up a SMTP. It’s a shame since Forminator is absloutely brilliant, but the ‘reply-to’ option is essential and it has been proven difficult to set up.
I’ll try again in the future to take fulla dvantage of Forminator in the future.

I’ve tried to set up a SMTP plugin but it only ended up disabling the email addresses for some reason. Would you recommend a plugin that would be compatible with Forminator and that won’t cause disruption?

Update:
I think there’s a conflict with another Captcha plugin (WP reCaptcha Integration) I’ve been using solely for WooCommerce. I haven’t had any problems with WPForms and WP reCaptcha Integration before and I need the captcha on the checkout page for security reasons. Any advice?

thanks for the reply.
I thought I fixed it with changing the Google keys but it works only when I’m logged in. If I open a private browsing page it still gives me “This field is required” even after having ticked the captcha box.

I also tried hCaptcha and it doesn’t work, I get ‘Rate limited or network error. Please retry. This sitekey for this hCaptcha is incorrect’
Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply @mrdaro and for the message @matheusfd.
Would it be possible to be notified when the issue will be solved for PHP 8 compatibility? That would be much appreciated.
For now I’ve downgraded to PHP 7.4 and the Stripe setup seems to work, is there any other known issue with Stripe gateway as far as you know? I’ll be soon launching my campaign and I wouldn’t want to run into unexpected problems.

Hi,
thanks for the plugin, using the free version and all tested well until today.
Same problem as @zikrainfotech, done all troubleshooting (dispabel, plugins, cache, etc), I also connected Stripe on a different website just 2 days ago and all worked fine.

When I try to connect the Stripe account through the button in the settings, I get to the Stripe message “Returning to GiveWP, You’ll be redirected in just a moment.” and then blank screen.
When I go back in the setting there’s no connection with Stripe, no matter how many times I try. I wish I could just add the API keys manually, since I’ve got Spripe working with Woocommerce flawlessly (and yes, I’ve tried to disable WC as well but nothing).

Any help would be appreciated,
