Hello
Thanks for using our plugins.
We can’t see our plugin activated on your site.
If you activate it again, please always test in incognito window so your local cookies don’t interfere.
Hope this helps.
Hello,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We see the Reject button when we view your site in an incognito window.
Close button has to be enabled in the CMS first:

Hi @aristotle25
Thanks for using our plugins.
As mentioned before we would not recommend using both GTM4WP and Google Consent Mode settings at the same time in our plugin – we recommend choosing one or the other option/toggle, not both.
Hope this helps.
Hi @societyblue
Wonderful, glad to hear the plugin is working well for you and that you recommended it to your friends – much appreciated!
Hi @societyblue
We can see the banner on the homepage.
If you don’t see the updates correctly, the best is to view the site in a private browsing window or you can use a different browser to ensure that your local cache does not interfere.
Hope this helps.
Hi @kopovsky
Thanks for using our plugins.
From your screenshot, I can see that you have enabled both the ‘Google Analytics 4’ and ‘Google Tag Manager Consent v2’.
We would recommend that if your site is using GTM, it loads the GA4 code inside of it. Therefore you would disable the GA4 option in our plugin so that it does not load the same GA4 script twice (which would have negative impact on the GA4 analytics).
You can try that to see if this fixes your issue?
Hope this helps.
Hello,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Which ‘tester’ do you use and what is the URL of your site?
The error message could be related to how the plugin is setup but we need to know the URLs before we can provide specific advise.
Hope this helps.
Hi @angeldavo
Thanks for using our plugins.
We checked the WooCommerce plugin and found that the order attribution tracking can be disabled here using a checkbox:?WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features > Order Attribution.
https://woocommerce.com/document/order-attribution-tracking/
Because this feature is a generic Woocommerce setting (enabled/disabled for all users), it can’t be enabled / disabled per user based on their consent.
Hope this helps
Thanks for using our plugins.
- Yes, that’s correct
- We can see your site’s Google ID inserted by our plugin to your site’s code. So there could be a problem with how the plugin was configured, but we suppose something might also be wrong in the GA measurement ID setup (domain mismatch, etc).
If it is not working as expected, you can try setting GA via GTM or using consent mode v2.
Hope this helps.

Hi @timveck
ensuring that the GDPR compliance setting is activated on the back end
We don’t have such setting in our plugin. Perhaps this is a generic comment by the Google support team?
Your development team will have to check the integrations and inspect your GTM scripts using Google Tag Assistant to see which tags are fired and how your tags operate.
Hope this helps.
Hi @timveck
Thanks for using our plugins.
Is the ‘GDPR compliance’ setting supposed to be turned on in our plugin or in the Google platform?
Generally, our plugin runs ‘out of the box’ but needs to be first setup manually on each site depending on the preferences of the website owner.
Hope this helps.
