Thanks for the prompt response. This shortcode only works for backend, for mail. I want to have post title on Front end. So customer visiting website will see this at the top of the form as subject.

Yes the readonly works great, however how can I get rid of the field formating? I want to have somthing like this…

It gets the post title fine and I made it readonly but the box style is there. I need to have it as a Heading that is text only.

Any ideas?
