I copied the request JSON and ran it through the API directly and can see that UPS is giving us back bad NegotiatedRateCharges for when “AlternateDeliveryAddress” is set. I will have to speak to our account manager about this.

The negotiated?rates are working fine for shipping to the customers address. They just are not applying to the drop off location.
A shipment to New York is ￡16 but drop off location option is ￡120
One has our rates and the other does not.

We are now no longer with Mailchimp so have removed this plugin.

Thanks for getting back to me, I have tried Step 1 and 2 a few times with no difference. We are now in contact with mailchimp customer service to check our account. I do think it was when I deactivated then reactivated the plugin and clicked stop syncing. Seems our data is stuck.

I think maybe you should update the plugin description or installation guide to mention you need a cookie consent plugin for this to work. This should stop all the confusion and bad reviews

Ah yes I see you have to charge a signup fee if you want a free trial option. I was hoping you could do what like the big streaming companies do and only charge after 1 month but I guess that requires deeper intergration.

It’s strange how we are all getting the same errors but still no updates for the plugin?
The old working version 1.8.14 has more options for conflict with 3rd party tracking plugins like sitekit.

When are they going to fix this plugin???

Stopped working for me as well, had to use Google Site kit to place the tracking code.

Hey, it looks like it was caused due to a customer trying to save card details. I had the option ‘Enable payments via saved cards’ enabled on this site. I run a few other sites with this turned off and never had the error before. I noticed also the webhook didn’t have the secret key setup. I’ve fixed that and upgraded the accounts API version via Stripe.

Hey, I’m getting the same issue with V3. It just says everyone is a bot and V2 is so weak it lets all the spam in.

Yep that seemed to have fixed it, no more warnings with the setting back on.

I have disabled the font optimize setting and the warnings have stopped.
