In fact, nothing really seems to be working, can’t save any changes I am trying to add even in the text editor.

Ok, just done that, still no change, will start looking elsewhere (although quite where, I have no idea) – Thanks for your time Frank!

No optimisation now apart from shortpixel. I’m really no expert but when I first looked using inspector there was autoptimize css code showing. Now that has gone having unchecked all AO boxes but yet the problem persists. I can’t think that anything else has changed but I will retrace my steps just to make sure.

I haven’t been running the JS optimization. I’ve just turned off all the CSS optimization but there has been no change!

Yeah that’s one of the ones I read already. I use woomcommerce’s in built integration for the facebook pixel at the moment. So maybe it is a case of learning to use GTM for the facebook pixel somewhere down the line!

So, I managed to narrow it down to some google analytics tracking, yell conversion tracking and facebook pixel that are causing the issues… I think. I got rid of the google and yell so am just left with one error but don’t really want to abandon the facebook pixel. I’ve seen some forums suggesting setting up the pixel manually through google tag manager but for now this is beyond me. I may have to find a different gift cards plug-in then perhaps come back once I’m more up to speed on my coding and on using conversion tags/pixels etc.

Ok, seen the latest update and this is now working (both showing re-consent message and made the woocommerce checkbox mandatory), love the new display across the bottom of the screen for re-consent!,

However the audit log does not seem to record the consent now? Same issue as in other thread where I’ve posted.

Same issue for me now! Seeing consent to privacy policy in user details but no time stamp and nothing in the audit log apart from what has been said above.

I’ve updated to version 2 and this has seemingly made the re-consent page disappear altogether. Also, the accept privacy and terms checkbox on my woocommerce checkout has now become optional and not required (how can I fix this?).

I have a screenshot of the original problem, I’m just not sure how to post the screenshot here (any ideas?)
