    This is my experience also.

    Support responds quickly. However, they don’t often fix the problem without creating more, or they don’t even test thoroughly enough to see if the problem is resolved.

    The issues are also very odd ones, such as links (generated by the plug-in) that go nowhere. Basically, the plug-in ships as non-functional, and you have to work back and forth with support to fix it.

    We’ve been trying to get our working for months. This plug-in is a potential revenue stream, but it scares me to think what might happen down the road (if ever it does start working) when something else breaks, and we have a bunch of angry users.
