Sorry for the delay in my reply. I got swamped by work and didn’t find the time to focus on this.

Here you can see the mail settings for both the English contact form (doesn’t work) and the Catalan one (works). The only difference is in the “To” address. The “From” address is the same in both forms.

This is the website: Dandelium Studio. Both the English and Spanish forms have this problem; the Catalan one doesn’t because I applied the workaround that I mentioned in my original post. The English contact form can be found here.

By the way, since yesterday, WordPress has updated to 6.1.1. The issue still happens.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

I’ve run the query, and it returns no results. I guess it’s because there are no scheduled backups; note that this issue happens when running a manual backup which includes both the database and the files.

Any other ideas?
