The problem come from Defer all the JavaScript files !!?

I did all this things and but doesn’t help.

Only when Use the “defer” HTML attribute it work normal but doesn’t help with speed and performance

Here is from the PageSpeed Insights but i don’t know what file has the issue!

Hello i tried to deactivate all plugins but doesn’t help .

How can i find the right javascript file to exclude it from the defer process?

All the JavaScript options( are uncheck ) and the same issue does not change the problem is with the defer!?
