Also, if there’s an option to remove the read more in blog post (so visitors can’t open the blog post, only see the preview video in the home page or the blog page) I think that workaround works for me too. Thanks ??

I deactivated the coming soon plugin. The fullwidth slider seems to have resolved itself, but the slider text position is still located at the bottom of the slide with dark shadow behind it, instead of how it’s like in the demo.

Can you tell me which PHP and CSS I need to edit to make this happen?

I managed to change the CSS for the page titles and headlines, but I can’t seem to do it for the slider text. I got the .slide-details .slide-title class from inspecting the element but even when I changed it it didn’t do anything for the slides.

I’m stiBut if I change it to crimson text using the maskitto option, I’m going to need to enlarge some of the font sizes.

I guess I spoke too soon. I’m still super confused as to how to identify each element so I can change it in the CSS… Inspecting the elements using Chrome developer tools only confuses me further. Can you help me?

I tried using the Easy Google Fonts, but the Font Control CSS selector part confuses me.

Awesome! The plugins are really useful. I added the google fonts using the Header and Footer plugin, but I think making a child theme will give me more control to the theme’s appearance. Thanks for all the help and tips ??

I just have to remove the Read More option though, as they still don’t work together. Now the (more…) link shows as a read more button, which is great, but if I check on the Read More options in the page options too, they will have two buttons.

Would it be possible to make the button available on the page itself, not just on the homepage?

For example, I want to add a donation button on the page. The problem is when people click on ‘Give’ link on the menu, it leads them to a page without the donation button.

Or if you can tell me how to add a button manually to a page, that would be great too. Thank you!
