Your php.ini file has to be in each directory that has php files. Or you have to change the the main php.ini file

You can use phpinfo() to find your global php.ini file

The page template is a good idea but most of the pages are going to be different.

I would like to create multiple HTML pages just like you can create multiple CSS Style sheets. You have one main Style seat and import the rest like this

@import url(main.css);
@import url(layout.css);
@import url(color.css);

Is their a way to do the same thing with HTML

I would make sure your new host Runs a conman control panel like cpanel. Their will be lots of documentation on how to do database backups and site migration

I would contact Media Temple and explain the situation. Some hosts will help you move your site for free and they are the experts. To bad GoDaddy dose not use cpanel. All you have to do is back up the database and the WordPress directory probably everything in /public_html. You can backup your /public_html directory from a FTP client. Their should all so be a control panel for managing your site. You just have to find out how to backup your site from this control panel.

Don’t get ride of your Godaddy site until you know your new site is up and running on Media Temple

I am not sure if I understand 100% but here goes. When you are inserting your images. you can aligne the photo none, center, left and right. If you choose none or center you should have no problem. It could all so be a theme problem. I have seen themes that mess up the aliment of images. I would try a different them to see if that fixes the problem. This will determine if it is a theme problem

I can’t get to your site. Can you FTP to your site. If you can’t do this it is probably GoDaddys fault. If you can FTP to your site I would delete some of the plug-ins. How many plug-ins do you have installed. Could it be a plug-in problem
