I’m actually hesitant to use the lost password since I know the password for my primary domain. It’s just not recognizing my new subdomain as a username. I don’t want to change the password for my primary domain if that’s not going to help me login to my subdomain. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help! I actually created the subdomain through my cPanel on my primary domain, so I didn’t create a new user. I am not running multisite. I didn’t want to have to change the password for my primary domain if I could help it, especially if I’ll still run into the same problem with the subdomain again, but I’ll give it a try. Thanks again!

I’m afraid disabling Photon and emptying cache didn’t work. That’s ok, luckily it’s only 8 posts that are affected, I’ll just go in, change the file names and re-insert the images. Lesson learned! Thanks again for all your help you guys!
