My fault, someone in my company banned our office IP address. Everything works now!

@lexiblack and everyone else got the same problem. I don’t know if this is the right method to prevent page scrolling, but it’s working.

I put the following snippet in the theme main js file:

Everything’s ok: restrictions work for users, members are added manually and users are listed in the level edit screen, the only issue is I cannot see roles assigned to echa user in general user tab.

Another thing it could be useful for you to know, I’ve migrated the site from dev environment to production, changing domain name and protocol from http to https-ssl.

I’ve tried to get it working also with one of the templates included by the plugin, running up against the same issue.

I tried googling that error, but the results tell to changing configurations at server level, and I can’t.

In this case i mark the post as resolved. Thank you.

I tell you more, I tried sending a true email message. The previous error repeats every 4 messages in debug.

The last messages shows 1396 addresses to be sent to and only 1034 addresses arrived to the SMTP server. Those addresses were subscribers when I sent the message yet.

I sent various test emails to test addresses, there is always an address that does not receive the test.

The debug op is the following:

Hi Curdin, thank for your reply, but I need to know to which domains or IP addresses WordPress connects to when updating, or when notify updates, or when installs plugins, because the site in this issue is hosted on an institutional server that has very stricts firewall standards and the sysadmin asked me to give him precise rules.
