We use W3TC and with that plugin use MaxCDD for our CDN. It has worked very well for us.

I have the same issue. Our slideshow no longer works since we upgraded to 2.1.23.

Has this been resolved?

I have the same issues with SmugMug.

Still frustrated by this.
