Spam folders were checked and no message was in there as well. The WP Mail Logging also shows no sent message to a customer.
What I did find out this morning was that when a customer is registered on the page, they receive the order confirmation and payment successful messages while when they are not registered with an account (= guest), then not.
Any idea where I could change that to “with and without account” send emails?
