JeanHi, I found the offending extension, it is not WordFence but SEO Redirection Premium (not the free version). The developer sent me a corrected release and everything is functional.

JeanOk, I found what is causing the problem is the location in French, if I put the WP admin in English that works, if I put it in French it’s not working. It is an encoding problem.
