I just found the issue, its a compatibility issue with ‘Ultimate WordPress Preloader PRO’, I disabled it and YOAST displays fine now

I am having the same issue, pages show up, but not all nav items for yoast are showing in the dashboard AND when I access any yoast page in the dashboard with tabs, none of the content of the tabs displays on that page when clicked

i think I found the issue, in ‘WordPress Tweaks’

disable ‘Alter target=”_blank” links to protect against tabnapping’

Im using woothemes canvas theme along with ubermenu and this Responsive Select Menu and i am getting the same error:

turns out its a FF bug, after i added this .css to hide the headers and navs FF only prints out 1 page no matter how long a page may be, all other browsers are fine.
