  • Hello I am facing the same issue and no log unfortunately the accounts aren’t showing at all.. or the catalags that I am admin for. Is access to business account a must for syncing?

    Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

    Since we first used your great plugin, STM configurations plugin that allows theme options for Elab theme was making your plugin not function, meaning whenever we add data in product, the data doesn’t get saved therefore user who buys product doesn’t receive license..

    If we disable the plugiin STM configurations like we have now on the website, your plugin works flawlessly but we lose access to the theme functions..

    So the bug isn’t related to a device or such..

    I asked theme support but they advised to ask you first and if thee problem is iin their plugin, they will fix but we just have to see first from your side.. How can we confirm that or maybe fix it ?
