however, I managed to find a solution kind of removing some characters in the code which made the default script (Warning: Parameter 1 to wp_default_scripts() expected to be a reference, value given in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 600) go away, but I still have problem with the default style warning.

also I cannot update anything in my wordpress directory. I have given the permissions alreay, but I could niether update to 4.6.1 locally nor via ftp which I tried to run and it failed. so now I’m stuck with no clues on what to do. by the way I am using all the most updated softwares as for apache, php, mysql, mariadb and any other.

I’m not quite sure how should I check the logs. about deleting, you can see that I have done it already, but it’s not helping..

I made the debug option true, and I got these:

I checked the file,but there was nothing like in it.
then checked wp-include blah and found two files class.wp-scripts.php and class.wp-styles.php which they had these two functions.

checked google alot, but did not really understood what should I do.

Please help.
