Thanks for the reply. That’s good news!
I initially contacted support via the chat feature from the plugin. But chat wasn’t available at that time, so I got an email instead saying “we’ve received your email. And will get back…”
I even replied to that email with more info…
But that’s when the communication went cold.
I’ve check spam over and over, but nothing in there.
Logging into the portal tells me “There are no tickets yet“.
Something seems amiss. But I have no idea where.
Anyway, please let me know where I can view the response to ticket #97641. I’ll check that.
Otherwise, I just created a new ticket [#102799]?through your website, so hopefully that will work better.
