In reply to: [Authorize.Net Payment Gateway For WooCommerce] Accept.js Encryption FailedHi Philip,
I will be happy to help. There should be a support form on Authorize.Net -> Contact Us page in your WP dashboard which you can use for support of the premium version, it also logs a ticket on our system for immediate attention.
This forum is only support for the version hosted on www.remarpro.com.
Closing this as it is running parallel to the email support ticket.
Can you please turn off sandbox mode from the plugin settings page and let me know?
Also filling the support form on Authorize.Net -> Contact Us page in your WP dashboard will log this in our ticketing system, so please do that too.
Also there should be a support form on Authorize.Net -> Contact Us page in your WP dashboard which you can use for a quicker support turnaround.
I can take a look if your site is out of maintenance with our plugin enabled.
Currently I cannot access the checkout on snsgifts4all.com.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP NMI Gateway PCI for WooCommerce] Compatible with NMI Test Account?Hi there,
It should work with NMI test account credentials, provided you use the dummy card details. Once you switch to live account credentials, the test cards will then return a declined response.
Do you have a separate sandbox account for testing purposes? The test mode will not work with your live account credentials.
I looked on the checkout page of the site and it seems our plugin is not enabled there. Can you please check the installation instructions on the link below and see if you have followed all of them?

If their plugin support confirmed it, then I think it should work with our plugin. Just that we do not have any first hand experience with that subscription plugin. For one time payments I don’t foresee any issue with switching the Authorize.Net plugin to ours.
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. We cannot confirm our plugin works with “Subscriptions For WooCommerce Pro“. We haven’t tested such a setup, so it is best to first ascertain if they will work together in a staging environment. I think your questions will become moot if the subscriptions plugin is not compatible with our payment gateway plugin.
Having said that, using two different gateway plugins is possible if you know how to hide one based on the type of product in the cart.Hi there,
That is strange. Basically the way the plugin would only work is, if there is already an order created in WooCommerce that needs payment, the user would have the ability to pay via Authorize.Net. The Authorize.Net plugin passes the order number along with the billing details in the API request so these could be corroborated in WooCommerce.
The plugin has a means of logging API requests for debugging purposes. You can simply navigate to Authorize.Net settings page and enable “logging” and “gateway debug” options and then placing a test order yourself. Once that is done you should be able to find the gateway API request and response set in the logs and check the “refId” field which should be the WooCommerce order number. Please give this a try and let me know if you do not see a new order created in WooCommerce with the same order number as the one mentioned in the logs under “refId” field.
Please feel free to post the API request/response set here after obfuscating any sensitive billing details.Closing this since it has been more than two weeks since we have an update from the user.
