I tested it and it solved the problem

I created a WordPress site locally and did several tests
Token validate and token generator work correctly
Even the output of determine_current_user function is correct (user id).
But in the template’s functions.php, the is_user_logged_in() function returns 0

It seems that others have reported the same problem:

I think that information was entered into the database because of a problem with your plugin.
I am using the latest version. But this information has entered the database in older versions.
Has this security issue been fixed in the latest version?

I even tested the version 4.8.1 and the result was the same
