I currently have an “Under Construction” plugin on there.

When I click the Express Checkout when in the Cart it just returns me to the Cart. The link tries to go here: https://nutricur.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_PayPal_Express_AngellEYE&pp_action=expresscheckout …but ends up on the Cart page?? Strange.
If I then click on the Proceed to Checkout button it takes me to that page. On that page it shows me the error message:
“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

Even if I click on the Express Checkout from there it again takes me to the Cart.

Angelleye, I’m willing to give you a password and access if you wish to see what’s happening?

As an aside, the standard PayPal works fine, no error messages.

No, I do have Ultimate Security Checker, WP Security Scan and Secure WordPress

I imagined it might be one of these causing the conflict. Possibly some permissions I’d changed?

I also have to check the Feedbacks Tab, defeating the object of adding emails… Mine sends sporadically though, does anyone here think it could be the hosting? (I host with godaddy.com)
