I can confirm this behaviour for XCache based caching: According to the debug output nothing ever gets cached – Not the minifying, the page and no DB queries, even though it is set up to the exact opposite ??

Which in turn is coming when? ??

Thanks for that – i however suppose that you’re NOT using disk-based caching as that would need the other .htaccess rules to be adopted too?

At any rate, if you succeed please post the rewrite rule you use – i’m also keen on using the plugin with NGINX.

Well, this is all nice but i’d like to see the whole functionality supported, if possible.

It’d be interesting to know if the minification problems stem only from rewrite rules not working.

It seems to work fine here with pushpress, the feed also validates.

So, what exactly doesn’t seem to work for you?

With these plugins activated i’ll be redirected as if i’ve clicked on something else in the dashboard and the editor wants to exit the editing.

Firefox however asks if i really want to leave the page which i deny.

If i deactivate _any_ of the above mentioned plugins, the problem is gone.

Search Unleashed, when activated, introduces one more broken thing so i suspect it being the problem: there is a little red box in the lower right corner of the edit-box.

I’ve mailed Post-Teasers author about it (since i’ve first noticed that that behaviour went away when i deactivated it), have today mailed him again with the above info and will let you know what he tells me.

No, they’re two seperate plugins. I did the switch too since ever i enabled the plugin (WP-Spamfree) i felt uneasy for not knowing WHAT the plugin actually blocked. That having said, i had to delete a few spams manually since then but you never know which of the legitimate comments would have been blocked.

I don’t think it has to do with SimpleTags which i use on my blog too and have de/reactivated it many times without a problem. And yes, i’m switching the editors sometimes…

Not meaning to bump this any further but having visited your site (which BTW lacks a donation button ?? ) i decided to have my tags spread evenly on the sphere too.

Checked the box in the options, emptied every cache (getting tired of that heh) and the tags are still spread randomly…

No clue if that helps in any way, shape or form but well.. just letting you know ??

I disabled ST, added a new tag (“testtag”), emptied all caches but still it doesn’t seem to update the tagcloud ??
