@rainfallnixfig I apologize, you’re correct. It does look different in different browsers. I assumed it was a different website because it looked so different.
As for the solution, we are going to scrap this whole site and start over. The client is encountering so many issues with his website and we convinced him it is better to rebuild than to deal with the mess the previous web developer left us to work with.

Scroll up and see @anastas10s’s screen shot gif and see how different your screen shot is from the one we’re talking about.
Number lock is not the problem. 12 people have complained about it and tested to see it happening. It’s for sure a problem that is easy to recreate if you just try it on the correct website and using the number pad on the right.
Well, it’s the number pad (right side) that I’m talking about not working. The top has worked fine.
What’s your IP, I can whitelist it. We use Cloudflare, that screen doesn’t look like a Cloudflare block though.

@thup90 I thought I was clear enough that these calls were coming from PainPal (aka PayPal) but I apologize if that was not clear enough.
@johnc1979 A more accurate analogy would be like blaming the card reader manufacturer for the card reader working 90% of the time. While the card reader may not be the problem, it is up to the card reader manufacturer to determine why it’s only working 90% of the time because the bank couldn’t care less about the card reader manufacturer’s reputation or the grocery store’s reputations. When you partner with PayPal to build a plugin like this, you have to work with PayPal and identify their issues with some kind of error message if and when possible, and if you cannot get a message back from PayPal, then you result with a message fallback of some kind. If there is a problem with the transaction or an event, you have to identify that and message the user which in-turn gets back to the website admin to identify the problem to them. Otherwise it naturally falls back on being the plugin’s fault (at least in the eyes of an website admin/owner using said plugin). I’m not saying it’s easy by any means, but it is serious because people’s livelihood AND reputations are on the line here. When you’ve got more than double the 1 star reviews than you do 5 star reviews then it’s time to start making the hard decision to either waive the white flag or look closer at what’s causing the issues because SOMETHING is certainly wrong. I don’t give 1 star reviews lightly and if you guys and gals dig deep, identify the problem or problems and resolve them, I would consider trying the plugin again on my own website and adjusting my review.
Side question though, I just don’t understand how “WooCommerce” being the developer of this plugin as well as the other one on www.remarpro.com called “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” (5 “Five stars” and 26 “One star” reviews) can get such horrible reviews and both plugins are made BY WooCommerce… Maybe this is what prompted WooCommerce to become a payment processor (tired of having to deal with PainPal), I don’t know. My recommendation is to stop making plugins for PainPal, maybe they are just too far gone now to work with them anymore. At one point, you have to consider your reputation as a company and between these two disastrous plugins, it’s not looking good. And I feel for ya because I genuinely LOVE WooCommerce.
I will end it there. I hope you can get the bugs worked out and I’m happy to help if I can. I just can’t let this go on without saying something with the small voice I have in a review. At the end of the day I care most about these small businesses surviving and in its current state, this plugin costs them money in the form of lost sales and also their reputation, not to mention mine because most clients don’t understand how these things work.

I bought an unlimited license and it’s installed on multiple sites. I have a lot of work to do to remove them and replace them if not so the sooner I get a response on this either way, the better.

I get that the feature is helpful for most, but for some, it is just irritating and needs a simple checkbox to disable it if not needed. I simplify the user experience for my admins and other level of users and all this does is add a TON of complicated other info back in! I personally don’t like any of it, but I know some people do, so keep Woo Beautiful by making Woo customizable. My 2 cents.

I have had a few people ask me for this functionality and I do not like what I’ve had to resort to until a plugin is made to do this.
