Same problem when try Activate plugin

Have a same problem. Yesterday I noticed that the table wp_404_redirection has records on 1.5 GB.

I reinstall wordpress fully. When the instalation was finished I try to add tags – working without problems. Then I upload wp-content folder and upload my database. The problem back – tags and edit permalink button in post does not work. Maybe the problem in database? Where I should search the bug? Thanks

I noticed that when you try to add a tag or edit a permalink in address bar added:

# post_name – when I try to edit the permalink
# titlediv – when I push “Choose from the most used tags”

Any news about redirect problem? In my case there are no redirect to 404 page. It is nothing going on. I opened post and see the message, that I haven’t access, but no redirect. And one more question, how I can allow the html in ‘Content text’ I need to customize my message, change font to red, etc. Thanks in advance.
