before writing a bad review you should always make a support ticket. Because it may be not be plugin issue . May be issue from your end. Please try to deactivate other plugins.and let us know with which plugin it is conflicting.

Thanks for your review. Our plugin is new and under development mode. And it is working fine in most cases. But in your case there will be confliction with other plugins. Please try to deactivate some other plugins and let us know with which plugin our plugin is conflicting.
