any plugins installed? i just installed a plugin that does just that. removes the toolbar from the front end.

do you mean the user avatars?

goto your settings > Discussion > scroll to the bottom and make sure “show avatars” is checked. Select the appropriate rating for your site then select what logo to show if the user doesn’t not have a gravatr set up. Default is the blank man I believe. Then follow the instructions in the link below and it will tell you how to set a gravatar to your user.

Whatever email is registered on your site must be the same email used on the gravatar site, although you can add multiple emails to one gravatar account.

same for me. doesnt work. anyone know of any other plugins that would work? I only found two other ewww optimize and one other but i cant figure out how to get them to work on wordpress. immediately after install on both, they say they are missing some programs that they need to work.

UPDATE:

I removed the wp hide dashboard and logged in out a few times. everything was working. I wrote this post, came back to my site and now I’m getting the redirect again. WTH!! anyone?

ok, not sure what that means exactly but it was loaded up in wordpress when I installed it. I believe it is the smallbiz theme by expand2web
