we fixed the issue. It was one of our custom plugins used on the site causing heavy load on wp_termmeta. We added all the rows from this custom plugin to a new TABLE in the DB, so it won’t cause load issues with wp_termmeta.

I’m getting the same error, contacted the host and checked my site, there is no issues on my end.

@netizenconsultant if you end up finding a solution, please share here for all. I will do the same. Thanks!

I’m having similar issues and our specs are the same as well. In my case, the server crashes from time to time when RAM hits 100%, we have 32gb of RAM on our server as well.

This issue is still active, we still are using the code via functions.php to open, edit and add new products. Our premium plugins are from a GPL site, so we can’t open a ticket. Thanks!

Hi there, we’re still using the above mentioned code to open/edit/add products and regular post pages at normal speed. If we don’t use the code they do open, but takes ages to open/load. And every now and then the post pages act up too, and will not let us add new pages etc. So we’re still continuing to use the code mentioned in my initial post.

But the issue is not on the shipping zones area. Those work fine for us as well, as mentioned in my first post, states are not saving in the WOO>Settings page.

In that location, can you save a LK state and see if it stay’s saved? (the states shows up on the drop down fine, but once we select one and save, it doesn’t stay saved and shows the 1st country in the default woo setup “Aland Island”

Thanks for the reply.

We do see all the custom states in the same area as your screenshot as well. Our issue is once we select one of those states (eg: Colombo 7) and click “Save”, that state doesn’t “stay” saved. It simply shows “Aland Island” as the saved country/state.

Can you save a LK custom state there on your install, does it stay saved?

we set up a new site, domain, our theme, db, and tried the new file, the issue is still there. Any help on this?
