If this it what you mean, it’s normal in multisite mode. WP-OPcache is only visible from your main site in super admin but settings are set for all your sites and when you flush OPcache, it flushes OPcache for all website at once.

Hi, I didn’t know about this translate project, this is really cool. So reading the docs, I just discovered that loading text domain is not necessary anymore since version 4.6.
I also discovered I need to change some headers in README.txt

I will release a new version, probably, this week to address all of this and I’ll add a changelog for last major version in README.txt.

I’ll keep you informed on this thread when the release is out.

This file is not part of WP OPcache. I suspect it comes from another plugin.
Could you send me your plugin list ?

I just watched in code of 5.5beta1 and there is a function called wp_opcache_invalidate which appeared in 5.5 but this function does not seem to be used to clean up opcache after an update. I could be wrong cause I’m not really familiar with WP core and it’s a total mess…

By the way, if this is confirmed I like your idea of hooking in auto-update to clean opcache. I didn’t look into this yet cause I didn’t find any documentation about it but as soon as it’s well documented, I’ll add this new hook (hopefully a hook will be added).

I do not want to set this option on by default because it changes the default behavior and I prefer people do it on purpose.

I don’t know what exactly you figured it out but this was a bug I introduced in 3.0.1.
