HI @92kqljpyz I managed to finally look into your issue. Add this snippet of CSS to your theme to help resolve the issue:
.pmb-posts .post .entry-header{ margin-top:0 !important; }
Here is how to add custom CSS to your website:
- Go to wp-admin on your website
- On the left, under “Appearance”, click “Customize”
- On the left, under Additional CSS” add the the following code:
Let me know if you have trouble.

In reply to: [Print My Blog - Print, PDF, & eBook Converter WordPress Plugin] Print errorhi @cscoch, you have another plugin active on your site that prevents users from printing your site. You’ll need to disable it, at least temporarily, to use print my blog.
hi @karunaray, sorry there’s this error. I would have guessed it was a problem with a security plugin like Wordfence but it sounds like you already tried that. What site is it that you’re trying to print? Also, have you tried installing this plugin then using Pro Print? It words completely differently under the hood, so might not have the same problem. (It has paid features but they’re all optional.)
hi @92kqljpyz, sorry I haven’t managed to look into this problem yet. I hope to soon
hi arum, most likely there is a conflict between Print My Blog and your theme. Can you provide the public URL of your website? That will help in debugging.
hi @92kqljpyz, sorry to see this problem. I’m guessing it’s an integration problem between Print My Blog and your theme.
Can you please provide the URL of your pubic website? That will help me in debugging.
Hi Marcus, sorry no there’s no simple toggle to disable the print buttons. You can basically add that, though, using ACF. See this video showing how to do that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ehep6GO5J6c
hi @mstudioil, thanks for the reference of what you’re wanting. I’m sorry I don’t have a solution to that. You could check out other WordPress plugin plugins, or hire a developer to add this functionality.
I’m sorry this isn’t a free feature that PMB offers.
Hi @mstudioil, are you wanting the printout to be all the posts in that particular category? If so, that’s not a feature Print My Blog currently features. You can reverse-engineer it (by using PMB’s Quick Print in the WP-admin, then select to print a particular category, copy the URL of the print page, and then manually edit your theme’s category template file to have a link to that print page as wlel) but that’s not something PMB currently automates.
Does that make sense? Sorry I don’t have a good solution for you.
Ok I’ve released an update to Print My Blog that doens’t include that file with the double periods, if you’d like to try again.
I’m going to mark this issue as resolved unless you find it’s happening still.
Thanks!
Hi @sethlife, thanks for reporting this issue. Sorry I missed the notification about this.
Yes somehow that file has an extra period in it! This is the first time I’ve heard about this error, so I’m guessing your setup is somehow different from others getting this error (or no one else has reported it). But my next update will resolve this issue.
Ok great. To send debug info, go to your WP-admin, then under Print My Blog menu on the left, click Help, then submit the form.
Hi @yhadas. Thanks for reporting this issue. How are you adding your videos to the posts? Eg, uploading them to YouTube/Vimeo then embedding them or uploading directly to your site? And can you please provide a link to one of your posts with a video?
Could you please use the plugin’s Help page to send me some debugging info? To do that, go to your WP-admin, then under Print My Blog menu on the left, click Help, then submit the form.
Ok thanks @mstudioil. What is the URL of the site where you’re facing this problem?
