In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emailing Admin For New OrderFew update on this we did receive the notification email all the emails but 3 hours after the notification was sent.
We do not use a SMTP we use Namecheap.
Should we install a SMTP on our website to send the emails? and/or should we keep only one email to receive the order details?
Thank you,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emailing Admin For New OrderThank you for the help, so I installed the plugin, follow the guide and did the test again, the email are sent but not received.
I checked and we match all of these :If the email was sent, but not received, there are a few steps that can be taken:
- Make sure you’re using an email address that matches your site’s domain in the “From” Address field in?WooCommerce > Settings >Emails.
- Using your @gmail.com, @yahoo.com or similar public domain email address is likely to cause emails to land in spam folders or be blocked due to a mismatch between the declared sender (servers of Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and the actual sender (your server).
- If your personal email is being used as the “From” Address, update this field with a registered email address that uses your website’s domain name.
- Sign up for an account with a?dedicated SMTP provider?that will send the email for you. An average site can usually stay within free usage. This will be more reliable than your own server’s mail-sending function.
- Check whether your site’s emails have?proper authentication?in place. This can avoid being?spam filtered.
Do you have any other trouble shot?
The email oog mark the 3 receiver like this : sun********@gmail.com,\n edu*********@gmail.com,\n sim*********@gmail.com
I don’t know if the /n is normal or not… I wrote the email addresses in Woo > Settings > Emails > Manage New Order like this : sun*********@gmail.com,edu*********@gmail.com,sim*********@gmail.com
Any clue why we don’t receive the notification?
Thank you,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emailing Admin For New OrderI will, Im sorry I tested it with Cash on delivery and we dont receive the email notification. the order status says : Payment to be made upon delivery. Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.
2 email should receive it when I added them in the settings of the emails for “new order” I separated them with a coma this way : email1,email2 (with no space in between the coma is that good?)Thank you,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emailing Admin For New OrderThank you, that is perfect because we send invoice manually that they pay at 30 days.
That would work ??
What about the “pay by check” method? would that work as well and send the notification right away?
Thank you,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emailing Admin For New OrderOk thank you, you said that cash on delivery was sending the notification email and put automatically the order on processing.
Do you think I could use that one todo my work around and to have them pay at 30 days instead of direct bank transfer?
Thank you,
Simon

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emailing Admin For New OrderHi, thank you for the answer but the issue is still happening because we also use cash on delivery.
So my question remain :I set up payment “direct bank transfer” which I renamed to “pay at 30 days” the goal here is to allow our credit approved customer to be able to pay at 30 days.
So they are able to place an order without having to pay right away, we send the invoice afterwards.
However, when this happen, it seem that our admin doesn’t receive any notification email with the order placed because the order goes from pending to on hold, I have this message on orders note :
“Awaiting BACS payment Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.”
Do you know if there is a way to have these order go to processing automatically and have the notification of a new order sent to our admin without our dev team to manually push the notification?
Thank you,Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Emailing Admin For New OrderYes my bad, I didn’t use cash on delivery, I used Direct Bank transfer for my set up.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Free shipping for specific customer roleThank you for your answer, I asked them as well.
Both Qs, is there a way with the core plugin?Like display favrites product of a customer?
Thank youForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Custom user role creationThank you but this isn’t a Divi issue, it’s the sorting tab in woo commerce products.
See screen shot below for reference. How do I sort product in bulk instead of moving them up and down one by one, is it possible at all?
Because we have 60+ references so it takes a lot of time to move them 1 by 1 if that make sense.
Thank you,Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Custom user role creationThank you for your answer.
To clarify the second question, we use Divi + Divi engine to design our store.
on our shop page the only option to organize how the product are displayed is “sort by menu order” which match how products are sorted onto the Sorting tab.
So yes we try to display them per category, but there is no option to do that, so I was trying to sort them in the sorting tab 1 by 1, I was wondering if it was possible to do that in bulk or if there was any solution.
thank you, - Make sure you’re using an email address that matches your site’s domain in the “From” Address field in?WooCommerce > Settings >Emails.
