I got your point, what I mean is it should not take the same invoice number. And this is the scenario here if you got it correct.

The screenshots I have shared are of different orders with different dates but with the same invoice number. As per the logic you mentioned, the plugin should have assigned the next invoice number. But it failed in my case.

Thanks for the solution. I will change those settings and will see if the issue persists in upcoming orders. But I feel this is strange, like even if they create, invoice, numbers should not be the same, right?

What happened is, the plugin generated the same invoice number for new order invoice. Have a look at these screenshots.

No, I am not using any of those.

Recently, I noticed that my invoice numbers are not generating properly. Since the last issue occurred, I have to reset invoicing numbering every month.

Basically it’s a coupon which gives flat ?150 off on total order amount (excluding shipping charges). Now when customer applies coupon, woocommerce shows coupon amount without tax which is ?127.12. Ideally it should show ?150. Customers are raising queries that they are not getting ?150 discount. Total shows the correct amount but bifurcation which woocommerce shows in order totals is confusing. See the following screenshots.

Also, my another query is, as per Indian tax system, we need to show both actual product tax (1) and discounted tax amount (2). But when we apply some discount, woocommerce shows only discounted tax amounts. I want to know how I can fetch normal product tax amount so that I can show it in PDF invoice. Here is sample invoice.

@paulostp add any location in the form, else it won’t show taxes.

What I mean by disable tax is, it should show discount as ?150 instead showing it as ?127.12.

Also try adding following products & apply coupon FLAT150. It will apply shipping charges even after cart value is above INR 1000 due to coupon tax calculations may be.
