I am having the same problem, I just bought their plan for a year and when I tried to activate it on my site I got “The W3 Total Cache license key is not active for this site”

I’ve already sent 2 e-mails and didn’t get any answer, to be honest at this stage I am shocked that no one answered your question ….If I don’t get any answer to my ticket I may request a refund, what a disappointment.

yes, that is the exact problem, clicking on the last button works perfectly, otherwise it just break.

Counts are not lost, even when the widget and stats are broke, the counts are still working and they show normally in posts, and no I don’t have maintenance on, everything is in production (https://nafhamag.com)

it could be also my setup now that I am having problems with other plugins like adsense….

Sorry for not making my self clear.

When I change any setting (like excluding admins and authors from the count) or simply adding a custom text before the %dailycount%, the top ten widget stops showing top posts, the overall stats on the admin dashboard is also empty.

I think I somehow figured out what was wrong, I was playing with the plugin the last couple of days and did notice that when I reset everything to default it starts working, and when I change anything I have to click on the “save options” button in the bottom of the page next to the default options button, only then it works normally, otherwise, clicking on any other button produce the issue described before.

I am having the same problem, post counts works properly, but the top post widget and the top post report on my admin dashboard are not working, I followed your instructions by performing a reset and clearing the cache, then it started working, but when I change anything in the settings page, and I mean anything, it just break again.
